Great place, no appointment needed for eyebrow threading. Parking at the door for easy access to the location. I was in and out. Nice friendly atmosphere Loved it and recommend

The service I received was just okay. I feel like my eyebrows looked like I did it myself, no real change. Didn't really feel welcomed. Never cheating on my eyebrow place again!

I do not even know where to begin, do NOT ever consider getting a lash lift here. I was in a bind and wanted to get one before an event I had that night and could not get in with the woman I usually go to in Lyndhurst so I decided to go here to get it done. What a MISTAKE this was. When I walked in for my appointment time, the staff seemed really confused - I said to them, if you can't take me don't worry about it it's not necessary (mainly because I had bad feelings from the start). The front desk girl decided she would do my lash lift, I asked her, have you ever done a lash lift before? She kept insisting and showed me her instagram so I said ok. The product that they use smells like the most disgusting cheaply purchased product I've ever smelt. The girl doing my lashes even told me that the product was horrible after she was PUTTING IT ON MY LASHES. She proceeded to also let me know that this was her first day on the job. Many other unfortunate events occurred while I was waiting for the product to set in but my breaking point was when the bed I was laying on, BROKE. As soon as the bed broke I said please remove this product from my lashes immediately I want to get out of here. I literally felt scared at this point especially because my eyes were pretty much glued shut. I left with my lashes completely covered in a plastic residue and I lost so many lashes through this process. I get my eyebrows threaded regularly here so it really sucks to say this but I will NEVER be going back here.

Has a bad experience here yesterday. I generally love this place, one of the few places I would wait 20-30 minutes for a service. Anyway, yesterday I walked in, all the chairs were occupied and two others were ahead of me. I took a seat and waited my turn only to have the one girl take a woman who just walked into the shop ahead of me...no big deal. Well I had another girl do my service and it wasn't until a short while ago that I checked out my brows, she never shaped them and there were more than a few hairs I had to remove myself. I also had the nose wax done, what's the point of that when all the hairs in the front of my nose were still there. I have a very big event tonight and I don't have the time to run back there today to get a proper service. DO BETTER NEXT TIME!!! There are many other Brow Bars in the area now and if this keeps up I will be sure to move on.
