This was the worst experience. My daughter, whom is tender headed, cried the entire time. She seemed to be in a hurry and didnt care my 8 year old was crying. All she said was, you need to relax. She was brushing thru my daughters long and super curly hair as if it was straight. I told her we were leaving in the middle of the blow dry, (she still had not finished the blow dry, straightened or trimmed) and she expected full payment. I asked why I had to pay the full amount and she said "because I dont just was and dry hair". I didnt want to mess with it when my daughter was crying by the door. At the end I told the lady my daughters mask is completely soaking wet. She said that's not from crying, that's from the wash and hair. MY QUESTION....as a hairdresser why are you getting the customers face completely soaked? Shortly after my visit...I get this text message... "Hello effective immediately she will no longer be able to book for a kids style. She has been always booked as an adult cause it a blow out and she has longer hair. I have also changed this on my site but aging she was always booked at a shampoo style. Just wanted to give you a heads up. Also if she will be coming in with her hair like it was today she must get a deep conditioning treatment. As always I recommend that she be coming in every two weeks so that she doesn't have unmanageable hair. Thanks and hope to see you next time" (Initially I did say no to deep conditioning, however I changed and said if it needed it, we can do it. The hairdresser was the one who didnt do it)
