It hurts to write this review since I've been a 16 year loyal customer when this salon was still Fantastic Sams, but Studio on 15 is not what it used to be. -Over the past years, I've experienced a hair dresser who had carpal tunnel (she dropped the scissors and comb at least 4 times). -Just recently I was horribly disrespected when I accompanied my fiance to get his hair cut. (I've helped direct all of his hairstyles since he always had buzz cuts before our relationship). When we first got in, I tried communicating a hair style to the hair dressers, and they cut me off, talked over me, forced hairstyle books from the 90's onto my fiance, told him to choose a picture, and looked at me to say that they will "handle it". They did not allow me to speak or give input. Since my fiance did not know how to direct them, his hair did not come out well, and he's waiting for it to grow out. -In addition, I originally had my bridal hair style scheduled with them, and I've cancelled it. I'd rather scramble 2 months before my wedding to find a new hair salon than to support these hair dressers. It sucks to be treated this way after I've given them business for 16 years.

Best salon experience ever. Brenda did my hair and it turned out lovely. We did a full bleach on short hair, then added a very light pink. I've been places where they just do my hair and act like I'm not even there (they're not friendly/they don't talk to me). But Brenda and the whole staff was polite and friendly. She was patient with my hair since it took two tries to lift the previous color. The price was very fair. I'm so frustrated with bouncing between salons so this is a relief to find someone I can stick with.
