I came here recently to get my nails done for prom. I've come here before and they did an amazing job, but this time it was nothing bad.
I had asked for (and showed a photo) matte white nails that are about a quarter of an inch long, what i got was glossy inch long nails.
When I was getting them done, my nails were never buffered and they didn't push back my cuticles, when my hand was placed under the nail dryer he made no attempt to correct the glitter that had fallen off of it onto my white nails. They werent filled correctly, its incredibly gappy, its not even straight, multiple nails are crooked.
They were very rude and I just moved from Orlando and was never charged this much of a tremendous price ($50) compared to ($25) in Orlando with everything. They then continued to charge me an extra $5 for a primer because "my nails were too short". Very rude and they are not willing to work with you what -so-ever.
This place double books appointments for the same time. When I asked why he booked someone else for the same time all he said was sorry. I will not be returning here and do not recommend this place to anyone.
I think the owner did my nails but I was just in state for a few hours and needed a basic manicure. He was very friendly and treated my hands and feet with care. I definitely recommend this place.
