They are absolutely wonderful. The staff treat my husband and I so well. The staff is very nice and friendly and my nails always look great. They play music and if you get pedicures the massage chairs are amazing. I would definitely highly recommend this nails shop. It's one of the best in New Orleans! Thank y'all for taking great care of my husband and I! We will see y'all soon
Terrible... worst experience and waste of time. I walked in and stood there for 5 minutes not greeted told what to do where to wait or anything, while everyone continued what they were doing. Finally I asked and the lady said to sign the book. I sat and waited for an hour and a half to not get serviced. People on top of people entered and walked right to a chair so I assumed that they had appointments ahead of me. Which is fine considering appointments trump walk ins. Issue is for the whole hour I waited not one person acknowledged told me to come back later, or what I was getting nothing. But serviced others who came in behind me. One girl who came in behind even told the lady I was their first, still ignored. On top of all of this I called the next day to try again to make an appointment and was told that they do not do appointments just walk ins. So the question is why was I skipped for an hour and half before I left.
I put my name on the list and waited about three hours to be served. I never got serviced and My friend got agitated because of the wait and wanted to leave. I bought her home (she lives about 10 minutes away) and I was on my way back to the nail shop. I went back into the nail shop to wait and she told me I couldn't be serviced because I left the shop. Nowhere in the building it says this rule. So therefore I waited three long hours, to not be served at all. I highly recommend not going to this location due to the lack of professionalism.
I will never forget the time the one of the male workers was so rude to me for no reason at all. I will never ever Recommend this place to people! This place doesn't even deserve 1 star!
Made an appointment for a certain time that they did not write down so I ended up waiting over an hour to be serviced while the staff joked around and ignored me. They do decent nails but the professionalism needs WORK!!
