Worst $50 I've ever spent. I was very much overcharged for a simple gel manicure and non existent conversation. I went there on a whim because my car was being worked on across the street and I had some time to kill. I was seen right away and seated. The entire time, the technician didn't say a word to me. She didn't ask how I was doing, didn't attempt to make any kind of conversation. She spent the entire time talking to everyone else around her but me. I got simple gel colors with a little bit of sparkle and was charged $45. I didn't ask for any fancy shape or length. It was just my natural nail and shape. Not only were they uneven and bulky, but they began peeling the next day. She didn't even check to see if the nail length was even. She just rushed through painting them, sent me on my way, and moved on to the next person. The vibe just was not pleasant.
My sister and I walked in without an appointment. It was about a 20 minute wait. The building was very sanitary and very easy to find. They did an amazing job. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted them. Definitely recommend and will be returning.
I have never gotten acrylics before and I was nervous about the design I chose, but I am so thoroughly impressed. I literally cannot recommend it enough, I am so happy
Got my nails done for my birthday with my friends. Only downside was to many people in a small space and nobody was practicing the 6ft apart. I had a girl sit right next to me while I waited. Then have more people near me. I have grandparents who can get sick easily... that's my only concern
Swear to god they make the prices up as they go and then lie when you ask about it. The only time you will see a price list is for pedicures. Its really sad because they do good nails, but fact that you NEVER get the same price despite getting your nails done the same way every time is realllllly annoying and unprofessional. I will not be going here anymore after being a loyal customer for over 2 years. I know they remodeled after covid and I understand if prices have gone up, but they need to let people know that and not just surprise them at the register. TLDR; they do great nails but the prices can be quite expensive and you never know what it will cost you until you reach the register....
