I have been coming to Hershey Holiday Hair for years now but last Thursday, for the first time, I got Christina as Stylist. She is professional, easy on the eyes, and has an extremely wonderful personality. I will return to her again and also refer others.
I am just shocked that you can have an appointment, take time off work for it, and they let you stand in the waiting area for 15 mins without even acknowledging your existence? I will spend my money elsewhere.
I will not go to anyone else but Mindy Rose! She is very good at her job, has a great personality and I will go to noone but her! Very clean salon and the staff could not be any nicer!!!
My daughter went in for a cut and color. She asked for layers, where the layers would blend or cascade. My daughter's hair is naturally curly so blending layers is needed. the color nor cut were blended well. Denise applied a toner to her whole head but the top of my daughter's hair has a glossy look while half way down her hair turns ashy. Instead of blending the layers a blunt chunk was taken out of the back of her hair. We will be calling as soon as they open to see if we can get it fixed because the bill was $317.
