Had an appointment for three pedicures and a manicure at 5:30. Got there early and only one person was taken back, by 6:10 two of us decided to leave as we could not wait forever. After we left, someone in our group informed us they were loudly talking and saying we had no appointment so she informed them that we in fact did have an appointment and then they apologized. Extremely unprofessional and they were accepting walk ins before some of us who had been waiting. I've had bad experiences here before but I will not be giving them another chance after this.
We had a special day for 11 teenagers planed. We tried to call for three weeks and no one would answer the phone. Finally a week before the event we went to the salon. We asked about bring the girls and we were told NO! They only have three women working at a time. We asked if we could bring them in three at a time and we were told NO! We told him that we were going to be spending over $800 plus tips. We were told NO!
I got a eyebrow wax and lady kept putting wax in-between my eyes and left a mark. Put strip on too many times and damaged my skin. Do not go there
It's 3:25pm and we had a 3pm appointment. Three other people were in here as walk-ins and have been waiting for over 2 hours. Absolutely ridiculous, schedule accordingly so you aren't working your staff in over drive and wasting peoples time. I will be going to Lee Nails now.
I started going to this place back in June. Usually i am disappointed with how quickly simple gel polish chips, especially working in healthcare, however i have had great success here! i have no complaints. i go every 3 weeks. the staff is sweet. & it's always very clean. i even started bringing my mom for appts. other reviews complained, but i truthfully think this is one of the best places i've been to get my nails done.
