I haven't been to holiday hair in many years. My regular hairdresser was not available and I needed a haircut. I called the one in Greencastle and asked them if they still did walkins. The person I spoke to told me that they prefer appointments and That nothing is guaranteed AND was extremely rude. I hate the way society has become that it's OK to talk to a customer this way. I've been in customer service over 35 years. I have never and will never speak to a customer like this. All I did was ask a question! I now remember why I stopped going to holiday hair. Evidently, they're not in the market for new clients, and I'm more than happy to take my business somewhere else!
Hello, I just went in to one of your locations 15mins prior to closing and they wouldn't cut my hair or do my eyebrows! Why be open to 8pm if you aren't offering any services. Both employees weren't doing anything, cash drawer was counted and even the credit card machine said closed. I understand it was close to them closing but my hair isn't long and wouldn't have taken that long to do. I stopped going to holiday hair a while ago but I was close to this location and thought I give them another shot. Was I wrong. I hope someone looks into this and address these issues. Thanks A disappointed ex customer!
My appointment was a delight as usual. Staff is friendly. Kayla is my favorite stylist. She's very professional, has nice social graces, and is eager to please. I have observed some of the other stylists....they are also very professional.
I know they just reopened but i didn't know they only took cards. Paid in cash and somehow my hair trim cost 10$ more than I was told when I went in to make my appt. my hair is barely below my shoulders and they said it's because of the hair length. also the front person was very rude about it. felt like they rushed through my haircut to get 2 more ppl in that just walked in during my trim.
