I feel embarrassed and horrified. I went in for a Lip and eyebrow wax and simple haircut. I said I only get the fly aways done around my eyesbrows. After my wax my hairdresser told me that they will grow on me and they look beautiful and that i'm just in shock. I was in tears for the rest of my appointment. My eyebrows are totally different from before. Each with its own shape literally(see pictures of before and after) I absolutely don't feel fine for the next 3-4 months I will be walking in shame and my self confidence is ruined. I immediately went to the store to buy a brow pencil to try and fix it but it is not the same.Besides the eyebrows the lip wax and hair cut were okay. To end this I will not be coming back here ever again and I warn you do not get your brows waxed here unless you like it thin and uneven and not the same shape to each other.
Came in for a haircut at the end of the day and the salon was clean and ready for me. Elizabeth cut my hair and waxed my eyebrows in under an hour. Professional and pleasant! Will definitely go back.
The owner of this place needs to hire people who know how to CORRECTLY cut hair. Really? How did the people who work here pass a course in hair cutting and how did the people who own this place hire the people who work there?
