First time to get spray tan. Wasn't given proper instructions for spray tan. Couldn't hear the prompts because motor was too load. Only got the front sprayed. Person helping didn't offer to have me try again. I guess it's not for me. I think she needs more training. I wish Nick had been there. He would have helped me. I was given very little instructions.
Cannot believe the prices here! $14 for a spray tan! Excellent service and friendly workers, I can always count on a nice conversation when I stop in! Great location. 10/10!

Hours aren't great .... but doable.
The last time I went into the salon, I asked to cancel/pause my membership and received a verbal confirmation that my membership would be cancelled for the time being. Months later, I noticed my card was still being charged. When I called, I reached the Manager and was denied a refund for the overcharge because she had no documentation that conversation happened. She asked me to come in and fill out a cancellation form as it needed to be in writing. When I explained to her that I had a conversation with the front staff about the cancellation (in person) and a form was not mentioned, she offered to verbally accept my cancellation moving forward but would not offer a refund. So do you need to fill out a cancellation form or can they be accepted verbally? I am confused and so are they..The Manager pulled up my account and confirmed I haven't used their services in over 6 months and still didn't move forward with a refund or even offer to put the money spent towards future services. I will not be returning to HMtan.
