They're very racist. I was treated like an alien the moment I walked in; was told that they cannot do my kind of nails. I was talked to in such a degrading manner that I walked out of the shop. I would not recommend their service to my dog.

The first time I went I was given a spa pedicure even though I asked for a regular pedicure. naively I thought What I received was their normal pedicure until I was charged $100. They also did my gel manicure at the same time as my pedicure and did not soak my nails so they clipped anwhat I received was their normal pedicure until I was charged about $100 for JUST the pedicure. However I went back one more time because the last time I went it was close to closing time and I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that they just wanted to get out and go home. However the same thing occurred to me this time when they tried to give me a spa pedicure I insisted that I only wantes the regular pedicure. The owner then picked up my feet and started inspecting them trying to convince me that I had calluses and needed to upgrade my pedicure and finally after about a minute of back-and-forth huffed and accepted the fact that I was not going to be overpaying for a spa pedicure. Then once again the owner proceeded to sit down and start on my Joe manicure and have a list soaked in my fingers so again the most painful manicure I've ever had and about three or four fingers bled and I had sensitive cut cuticles for the next few days until the healed. I will not be going back again. The prices were also higher than my normal spot, Christy's Nails right down the road (they were busy the two times I went to Hera). I will not be going back. the color lasted but not worthy WH painful manicure or haggling to ensure I'm not charged for a spa pedicure. My aunt has also tried this place and they did the same thing with her. She asked for a regular pedicure and they gave her a spa one.

First and last! Have had my nails done in many places in the area and never chargeed $21 (including having to buy the Emory board for a dollar??) I asked her not to cut my cuticles and she starts cutting them and makes a face when I asked her to stop

I went in here without looking into this place to get my eyebrows waxed. I've had horrible experiences in the past with people making my brows look crazy or waxing half of them off. But not here. Susan did my eyebrows and she was incredible, gentle, and knowledgeable. She was so kind and taught me all about brows and how to do them correctly. She took her time with me and did not rush at all. I've been searching for a place to get my eyebrows done for sooo long and i'm so happy I finally found a great place. $12 for great brows.
