I am embarrassed and insulted with the haircut that I got. I would never recommend this salon or the hairdresser Angela. My pixie cut has chunks missing right down to the scalp. I brought pictures, had a conversation about what I like and don't like. This is crazy. It looks like my hair was cut with a lawn mower or by a 5 year old with stolen scissors.
I want to say that everyone has their style groove. We were in two totally different personal style grooves and that should have been my first alarm. But I didn't follow my gut. With that aside, you can still have skill. I don't know what happened but I am very sad because it will take months to grow this out to where it can be fixed.

For three years now I have been getting the Brazilian Blowout treatment. I am a VERY busy professional and set up those long appointments during my vacation time. Since my hair dresser is no longer available, I went on the search to find the perfect replacement. I found Heaven Hair Gallery and I explained CLEARLY that I was looking for a regular stylist to attain the Brazilian Blowout, I had very little time, I ALWAYS set up my appointments on vacation and that if all goes well I'll be back again and again. They understood and made the appointment for 2:30pm during my vacation hours. At around 11am on the day of my planned scheduled appointment, I get a call saying that they need to cancel... I am furious! I got a lot of I'm sorry's but no solutions! A rescheduled appointment could be made within the following few weeks, well my vacation doesn't last that long, so it's not a solution! Plus it's just a nasty way to treat a brand new customer! They didn't offer anything other than a flat insincere "sorry"... NEVER rely on HEAVEN HAIR GALLERY!!!!!! Horrible experience and I didn't even walk in the door!!!!
