My husband got a haircut at this location with Jose. It was his first time at this salon and the stylist's bio stated he had 15 years of experience. I personally called to make the appointment and the receptionist also confirmed he was one of the best for men's cuts. After his cut my hubby said that he was a very nice man but he didn't wash his hair after his haircut to remove all the hair bits around his neck. The stylist was also wearing a full face mask as a protection for covid that included the eyes. I know we are in a tough situation with the pandemic but I am not entirely sure how somebody can be allowed to cut somebody's hair without clear vision of what they are doing honestly. I'm attaching pics of how it looks where he razored around his ears and back of neck. In my opinion he did not do a good job feathering or even cutting straight and I'm positive the full face mask had something to do with this. He didn't really cut from the top too much so that part looks ok but we will be looking for somebody else to clean this up
My one and only go to salon! A friend recommended this place a long time ago and when I decided to go I couldn't be happier. Ashley is my hairstylist and I love her dearly. She transformed my hair into something I never thought I'd have, and it still feels very healthy and soft. She definitely has a customer for life, because she makes me feel confident and beautiful!
Wife just called almost crying about her Blow Dry at this place. Apparently the guy had no idea what he was doing and she was too intimidated to just walk out. Only way I calmed her down was to promise to pay for her regular person to fix it later on today.
I love this salon! Its nice inside and the stylist consistently produce good work for fair prices! Very happy!
Normally easy to get in and out with a reasonable haircut. Today was told it was 25 minute wait for my son. After 50 minutes with no communication, I asked the front desk if they had someone available or not. Person who was to cut hair was taking longer than expected with hair coloring. No time estimate and no offer to check. Left without service.
Two months ago I called to confirm my stylist was working, however when I arrived she was not there. Receptionist said she heard the name wrong.
There are alternatives to this Heads Up. Elliston Place location is better I think.
