Headlines 2000 Hair Studio in Flagstaff, AZ

I've been going here for 7 years now and I just wanted to post a review because I just love and adore and trust my hair stylist so much. Her name is Karen. I've moved to camp verde and have tried hair stylists in verde valley but no one compares to Karen. When I wanted my hair cut short for the first time in my life, she made it so beautiful that I was happy with my new image. Fast forward, I got my long grown out hair cut into an inverted bob today and holy moly it is the best and I feel so cute.

I don't often write reviews, and I just wanted to add one to make future customers have as positive experience as possible. I went to get my virgin hair dyed, which was a huge jump for me. My hairstylist was very kind, but I wasn't asked many questions about what I really wanted. When my hair was done it was very different from what I had envisioned, and I cried the whole way home. My stylist stated ashe did not want to ruin the integrity of my hair, totally understandable! But this was not mentioned before touching my hair. My stylist and the owner were very kind to offer to fix it for free, however I just didn't feel comfortable going back. I'm not trying to say they're a bad salon, I only had one experience. I just wanted to share it and suggest really detailing what you would like and make sure you and your stylist are absolutely on the same page.

Come here if you want your hair done right! My appointment was with Karen and she was very professional and fun. She listened to what I wanted and made some magic happen: my long frizzy hair became tidy, healthy, and beautiful! Would definitely recommend going to this place and especially booking with Karen!

These creative and welcoming stylists are Flagstaff's hidden gem. Terry is my go-to hairdresser, she is open to trying a new Image/do. They welcome walk-ins and have a great downtown location .

Jesse has cut and colored my hair several times now and I have to say every time I go I think it is the best cut and color that I have ever had! I live in Sedona and drive to Flagstaff just to go here and it is worth it! I have really fine hair that is naturally strawberry blonde. In the past at other salons my hair seems to be a challenge for colorist. This is not the case for Jesse. So far, I have asked to go red, blonde, blonde with purple and blonde with blue. Every time my hair looks and feels great! Update to previous post: Just found out Jesse is no longer at Headlines 2000. She opened her own salon in Flagstaff called Pin-ups!
