Head 2 Toe Salon & Spa in Bradenton, FL

Since moving here 2 years ago I have not been to any hairstylists that have given me the color and cut I wanted. I had decided that I would wait until visiting back home to get my hair done. However, my roots were so bad so I gambled. I found that Head to Toe salon was highly rated but didn't have a stylist in mind. They assigned me Alessandra who is AMAZING! I felt extremely confident in her and trusted her to also give me highlights and a haircut. Hallelujah!!!!!!!!!!! Best cut and color I have ever had. I got so many compliments. I returned to her last week and again she made my cut and color fabulous. It's not often a stylist nails it twice, but Alessandra did, and really exceeded my expectations. I followed Crystal to this salon when she left Hair Cuttery located in the same shopping plaza. She had done a nice job on highlighting my hair. Until now! She seemed really distracted about bashing her last place of business and actually colored my roots and then low lights on the rest of my hair. I had brought in a picture of what i was looking for. (Warm up my blonde hair) picture was of Amanda Holly on channel 8news. Apparently her friend. I ended up with Red tide Red roots and the rest of my hair with grey undertones. She said it was the light in the salon and it will lighten up. I went back 2 days later for her to fix as she said she would "make it right". No change and she told me to go buy blue shampoo!! Still no apologies as that is really the worst part.. mistakes happen. Own up to them. I spent over 200.00 for that visit and yet another 150.00 at another salon that is now going to take several visits to correct. The bashing of her last place of business should have been my first clue and the distraction the second... BEWARE!

Great haircuts for the entire family yesterday. Made an appointment with Laura. She's great at asking questions about your needs and how long you have to fiddle with your hair. The guys liked the cut and blow look. I like to air dry my long hair so so was right on wit the cut. I'll return for a spa day without the guys next time. Very affordable products and services.
