I GAVE IT A CHANCE. I went to the salon for a pedicure and fill. After sitting for about ten minutes; one of the female techs came over and said it would be about 40 minutes & I can come back. While I was there there was one female waiting and the other techs were assisting other customers. I left and returned in the 40 minute timeframe. The customers that was there 40 minutes ago was still there with the exception two people. As I walked in the female tech who told me to return in 40 minutes; said "you came back " I said " yes, you said 40 minutes ". So, I sat down to wait. Instead of being next; the customers that came in after I left, were served first. So I left without saying a word. I am not going to pay you to mistreat me.
They need to update their techs . I asked for coffin and got the new styles. They don't do what you ask they do what they want to your fingers
Terrible service! DON'T GO IT'S A WASTE IF MONEY!! I would give it no stars if i could. I just walked out the shop went in there for an eyebrow arch, The lady with the glasses rushed my service and one eyebrow is skinnier than the other the other. And they don't do nails well, My nails be crooked and taller than the other nails and the staff always have an nasty attitude and don't even say hi sometimes.GO TO PRO NAILS their not much farther from Hawaiian nails and their service is excellent and the staff is AMAZING. Also DO NOT pay with card!! They are terrible with money, can't count and will take more than expected even with cash.
NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FEOM THIS PLACE!! I am so sorry I didn't read yelp first. I was charged $60 for a gel manicure and a polish change on my toes with an acrylic repair on my big toe. She doesn't speak clear and she doesn't understand you. I had to repeat myself 5x before she understood polish change on my toes. Then she wanted to put a tip on my big toe and couldn't understand what I meant when I said "no tip, just form the repair with acrylic". I was so frustrated I almost walked out but she had already taken my polish off, I felt I had to go forward. The polish was not the correct color as the bottle due to being so thinned out (I'm sure because they are cheap and want to stretch the color). I have polish on my skin in several places and as far as my nails go....the gel didn't cure, it's still sticky hours afterward and the gel is very vey dull...no shine. As I walked out 2 girls behind me said "oh they do nails here", I said don't go and shortly explained my experience and the one girl said "oh my look she even messed up your toes", I had polish on my toe skin I hadn't even noticed. I should have left and not paid a dime but that's not me. I'll just spread the word....word of mouth is the best payback you can hope for!
I would never recommend this salon, nails placed crooked, wrong size and cut the skin around the nails with the grinder.....
