These people can't even do french tip, i told them just take the paint off completely and the older woman working kept getting noticeably upset because i kept asking her to fix it. i even showed reference photos several times and that changed nothing. literally the worst service experience ever
I was really upset because I used to come in with my mom and grandma before the hurricane and before they moved. The old guy was aggravated that we came. He was aggressive and gave me rude looks and attitude the whole entire time. He rushed and laughed in my face when I saw how my nails looked. I just wanted French tips and they looked horrible. I wish I could put a picture so you could see what the bottom of my nails looked like.
I came here for a simple brow wax .. while I have naturally thick brows usually the waxed knows to just clean up or will ask of you want them smaller etc .. nope I looked in the mirror and had skinny and sharp looking eyebrows. I like my brows shaped with a fluffy type look . I am extremely pissed and will never return to this establishment for any type of wax
this was the worst pedicure ever sue just shut down yall service is garbage 20 min pedicure the thing is i've been coming here along time never really had an issue until now do not recommend ever!!!!!without billy i woukd have been stop i should have bever came back
The lady that did my nails was agitated and she took it out on my hands. My fill in was thick and uneven and when I asked her to even my nails up, she sawed on them until they were raw. I work with my hands and couldn't even work the next day. Less than a week later one of them started to separate. Came back despite the initial treatment. She said it was my fault for being too hard on my hands. This is the reason I get them done with both acrylic AND gel overlay! The owner apologized but I won't be back.
