The one thing that is totally disgusting and nasty is the girls putting the handle of the flat iron between their legs as they are curling your hair. This is not freaking salon etiquette. and Harlet has been made aware of this on multiple occasions, yet she chooses not to correct it. I don't know if your monthly is on and even it isn't there is no way that you should be doing that. It's the girl at the last booth and the one kitty corner behind her. In addition, the other girl who speaks no English burnt my scalp with the blow dryer. Harlet needs to invest in sending them to cosmetology and take an English course. Most of them do not even have a license to do hair. I will be contacting the health department about the perm they put in the shampoo etc. Not to mention the FAT husband is rude as heck!!!!
Almost everyone who works here are rude, especially the manager. I went to this place 3 times, and each time my hair texture changed. I didn't know until my hair changed drastically the 3rd time. They most definitely use some sort of relaxer. My hair has fallen out and broke off. Be careful my black queens
My hair was straight but sweated out within forty-eight hours. Whatever those stylishs use in their hair to keep it straight without sweating would be better for the for your clients.
