Happy Nails in Woodward, OK

I never write reviews, but this store definitely earned one.
They are scammers.
I went in for a full set & pedicure.
When I arrived, they started on my toes first.
Handed me the paper with pricing.
I picked the BASIC $30 package.
Keep in mind, I pay $40 for a luxury package in the city.
They do the pedicure, then ask how I want my full set.
I showed them a reference photo & they said they couldn't do the design.
Fine. I told.them I would just pay for my toes. $60.00!!!! They said the price DOUBLED because I got Gel on my tips?!?!
I guess I paid for the whole bottle of polish.
They already had to do my toes twice because they messed up the first time. Then told me to get my $30/$60 back they would need to do my toes a third time. Then proceeded to call the cops on me
Very low quality salon.

DO NOT GO TO HAPPY NAIL! They will leave your nails anything but happy.
I had an appointment at 6pm. When I got there I was seated and they started the water for my pedicure. 3 people walked in and they began helping them right away. I am still waiting. Around 6:30 they started my pedicure which my water was now cold. My pedicure was complete around 6:45 and I sat down to do my nails. I wanted them white and black tips with a black heart on one finger. They told me this would be $100 because "it takes a long time and we close at 7." I explained to them that in OKC those nails are at MOST $70 and that is on the pricy side. She was hateful and it was only obvious she was ready to close and go home, which I completely understand but she is the one that scheduled my appointment at 6pm and then helped 3 walk ins before helping me. I told her I would pay for my pedicure and she tried to charge me $45. I told her that the basic pedicure was $30, gave her my $30 and walked out.

The service was terrible and unfriendly. It's sad to see a business I once looked forward to visiting spiral downhill so quickly.

This place is terrible! The people will talk bad about you right in front of you. I asked them to do my nails a certain way and they refused to do them how I asked. A lady did my brows before I was asking about getting my nails done and she was very rude and disrespectful.

The worst experience ever! These are the rudest most hateful people! I made an appt and SHE was almost 30 minutes late. Then she had the audacity to say I don't have time for you! wow Just wow. I sat there with my nails half done and was so confused. She had only put polish on one pinky nail and I said I wanted a different color that was already picked out and sitting right there. she practically threw the color samples at me and said pick your color and I said it's right there. She just walked off and that's when I asked her if she wanted me to just leave. She just kept saying something and I could not understand her but I could hear the angry tone. I just left money and went somewhere else to have my nails finished. And forget about walkins. They were so mean and rude to anybody that walked in or called. They had customers on speaker phone and we're so rude to them.

Super friendly. Great colors to choose from, and have massage chairs. Follow covid procedures.
