This place has terrible customer service. Rude and nasty. Unprofessional. Don't give them your money or your time.
My spouse and I went for pedicures. The gentleman who worked on my spouse used a cheese grater, and was done with the pedicure in less than 10 minutes. My service continued for an additional 10 Minutes after my spouse was done. Time for the polish, it was lumpy and uneven. My spouse is not a picky person, he works in the service industry and understands, however, he stated, this was the worst service he has ever received. We will not go there or ever recommend this place to any one. My spouse also stated he felt rushed and the gentleman did not want to do it!
please listen to the reviews! theres a reason they have low reviews. ive went here a few times and they do a poor job, there attitude make you want to tell them off. i went this morning due to really needing a fill and having little time. the service today was worse than the last time I went. i hope to never go back there. 0 stars for me!
I love Julie & have been going to her shop for years. But some of her workers don't know what they're doing & they are too aggressive. I went in to have my thumb nail fixed & the guy at booth 2 with the glasses rushed through to fix my nail. Stabbed my thumb with those pliers they use to take off a nail. Then he gave me a over lay when I specifically told him the last guy who did them used a fake nail. I absolutely hate the work he did & Wont be back. I'll go to the place in garden city.
Please don't come here. Horrible customer service. Was told I couldn't get a nail fixed that I had just got done because I got a fill in instead of a full set. I had to pay $4 because of a broken nail 4 days after my set. Please spend your money elsewhere.
