It was just my first time in a long time going there, but the two ladies (Navy did my pedicure and Nini who did my SNS nail manicure) who worked on me did fabulous work.

Initially, only because I had an appointment I was going to walk out because they appeared to be so busy, but a Navy called out and said I am just about finished. So, I stayed and was glad I did.

The one thing (though there were many compared to the last place I frequented, for one they seemed much more organized and did not switch people that were working on my nails) I appreciated was whoever was working on my nails was with me from start to finish and both did a superior job on my nails, and I can say that have #HappyNails!

#HappyNails, #happycustomer!

So far, I think they are my new place, and made an appointment again with the same two ladies. Also, they might not have been overly friendly as I have seen in other reviews, but they were focused on what they were doing. I appreciated that. Which is exactly why I am giving them 5 stars.

Also, please check out the images that I uploaded (one says beautiful nails by Nini and the other says great pedicure by Navy.) because a picture speaks a thousand words. Keep in mind that the SNS colors are not the same as other mediums, but Nini helped me to get it as close as we could. My manicure is SNS and my pedicure was done with the gel polish.

Tina and Antonio, Managers of the Salon and also Husband and Wife.
I have been patronizing this salon for around 2 years now. The first incident was with Mike. He was doing my nails but I came in one day and once he saw it was me he stayed in the back for at 30 - 45 minutes so he wouldn't have to do my nails. Everyone kept saying he'll be right with you. He didn't come out until I left. Please note, that I go to this salon so much that they know my vehicle. So I ignored that and started letting Antonio do my nails. He's extremely slow but does great acrylic. I went and got a full set, a fancy pedicure and eyebrow wax on Dec 17th, my birthday! However, he got mad at me because I asked him not to watch TV on his phone while doing my nails. Christmas Eve, one of my nails broke. On the 26th, I ran back in to get it fixed. I got there before the staff did and waited patiently. (Remember, they know what I drive.) I see everyone pull up and go in. I see Antonio and Tina pull up so I get out and go in and wait. Tina, gets out, comes in and starts working on a client. However, Antonio, stays in the truck. I wait and wait. (I can see him sitting in his truck) So, I ask Tina, is Antonio working today as I need him to fix my nail. She says, he's gone to Walmart as if I am not looking right him. That lets me know he's not coming in on purpose and she is in on it. (the manager) I had to get another tech to fix my nail and Antonio did not go into the building I left. I circled back around to confirm. Happy Nails needs to understand that it is the CUSTOMER who keeps their does open and excellent Customer service is a must. DO BETTER!!

First time going here and maybe that's why, because I'm new, but the service was awful. I check in at the front, ask for a fill in and pedi and they say 5 min. A group of 4 comes in and one of them says, "hey did you make an appt", the other says "no, I didn't", and that was that. The technician came up and said ok, all of you for the appt come on. someone in the group was trying to explain that they didn't have an appt and I was here before them. they didn't listen or was moving to fast to care. So, the group sat down. Within 5 min they did seat me. I request their most expensive pedicure and it was over in 25 min. polish and everything. I say "wow, that was fast", and he just laughs. He then proceeds to communicate with his volleys d they then tell me the guy who does nails is too full and can't do my nails, and can I come back tomorrow. I look at them all and say no, this should have been communicated prior to me sitting down. Another tech tries to explain it to me again by saying, it's going to take him at least an hour and if I can come tomorrow. I'm like, I understand what you're saying, but this should have been said before you sat me down and accepted my appt. I pay,
no tip and leave. I will never return. I never get my nails and pedi done separately. plus if there wasn't time, they should have said that instead of rushing to get what money they could. very UNHAPPY with happy nails!

If I could give this place zero stars I would, i went for what I thought was a pedicure. I was promised a 10 minute massage which I did not receive. My service provider told me I was to sit with the paraffin wax for a few minutes while she left to go start on someone else's pedicure. I waited for 20 minutes, finally had to ask someone to take the wax off for me and my service provider didn't even care to acknowledge me getting up to leave or ask me if everything was okay. I then proceeded to tell the lady up front that I was not going to pay full price for a service due to the fact that I was left in the middle of it, the service provider that I had came up and started to argue with me calling me a liar, cussing at me saying she had finished my pedicure when that clearly wasn't the truth. I then asked for the manager/owner, had to ask for them to come up 4-5 times before they actually responded to me. The manager completely ignored me, the owner then stated he could do nothing about his employee for the way she was treating me. She called the cops saying I was trying to STEAL a service even though I offered to pay half of it.
I have never felt so neglected in my life, I as a business owner would NEVER allow anyone to talk to my customers that way. If you're looking for good customer service, avoid this place at all costs.

Awful! Don't wast your time or money. When you object they just stare at you as if they don't understand what you're saying. The manager/owner (Tina) was speaking English clearly, until I advised her that I was unhappy with the service.
