Happy Nails in Gulfport, MS

We called before going and was told to come on. Upon entry she notice  I had nails on already and instantly got an attitude. she sat me down and proceeded to pop them off. When she finish I showed her picture on my phone and ask if she could do this, she instantly told me no so I told her not to worry I get my nails done another time but We would still like to get two pedicures . she sat us in chairs and started his feet. Halfway through His pedicure I mentioned to her about running some water so I could soak my feet while she did his. The pedicures were good, and by this point her attitude had seem to go away and she began chatting with us. I really wanted my nails done, so I searched for a simpler design and show her a picture and asked if  she could do this one she say yes I can do that. so she finished my pedicure then moved us back to the nail table. She began on my nails and chatted and joked with us the entire time. It wasn't like the picture I showed her but she did take her time and I believe did the best she could. While in Conversation she mentioned that no one ever comes in wanting something different like I'd ask for. She ended up being nice, but I feel like she over charged us for 2 basic pedicures and a full set we paid 140

the woman who works in this salon is by far one of the rudest nail techs i've ever encountered. as soon as me and my friends walked in she was very rude. she raised her voice at us multiple times when we asked simple questions about things and when we tried to start a friendly conversation or two with her she would ignore us. not to mention our nails didn't come out very good. the male nail tech was kind though. if it wasn't for him lightening the mood we probably wouldn't have been happy at all leaving. there was also an elderly woman who was in there while we were waiting and she was getting her toes done. she was very sweet and talkative and the female nail tech continuously ignored her and then rushed her out saying she needed to leave faster than she was moving. it was sad.

They did my nails very good! They are very funny. This is my new fav salon I like it way better than the other salons I've been to in the past.

Here on vacation and went to this place.  The lady that did my nails was very friendly and she did a great job on my hands and feet.

I took my daughter here to get her nails done for her birthday and I decided to get mine done as well. (I usually do my own.)  When entering the salon, all the workers greeted us. My daughter was seated immediately. One reason I am giving this 2 stars is since my daughter's nails were pretty when finished.
Mine, on the other hand, were not. I believe the owner worked on me. She seemed annoyed at me once I sat in her chair. She made an "ewww" sound when seeing my nails. (I am a nail biter.)  Not to mention she was cursing in a place of business. She also was distracted with other customers most of the time she worked on me. I asked for stiletto nails and halfway through she said square nails would look better on my hands and they would probably fall off quicker than square nails. When she finished my nails, they were crooked and not the same shape throughout. She didn't shape my cuticles, and when she painted them, the sides were still white and sloppy. At certain angles, my nails appeared to be standing up. I guess I am naive because I have never left a salon disappointed in my nails. EVER!  I thought it was in my head but even my husband noticed. He called and complained later. They said they would fix it. (Which is why it took me so long to write this review.)  I decided not to let them fix it. (I didn't want to waste more time when I could do them myself more quickly.  It is not worth the hassle especially since this salon has a strong chemical smell.)  Not to mention, it should have been done right the first time. The fact they offered to fix it is another reason I gave 2 stars.  Also, the nails started popping off after 6 days. Usually acrylic lasts 2 weeks. I was so disappointed. I had been looking forward to this trip for weeks.
