The service itself wasn't as bad. However the older lady that did my nails (I always see someone else when I go) was very aggressive when using the tools. I don't know if it was from that or dirty tools, but a few days later I noticed pain on the side of one of my nails. Of course my first thought was possible infection. The pain lasted a few days and creeped further under my nail to where it was painful using simple things like candle lighters. Basically it hurt any time I applied pressure to the nail. The polish started chipping in 3 days on 2 nails. If you go there, please go with one of the younger ladies!!!! They've done a great job every time, but I probably will not be back.
Bean did a great job. Nice new location on London Rd. Spacious waiting area, tasteful decor and plenty of parking available.
Worst nail salon I have ever been to! My acrylic nails were done so poorly. They cut open my finger nail twice once with the file and the other with the buffer. The nail polish is off the nail. So so so poor! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Had to make this review after the negative ones. I have been here 2x now & I have absolutely LOVED MY EXPERIENCES BOTH TIMES. As well as, loved my nails & how they looked in the end! This is definitely a reliable place & they do well with services given. I was hesitant coming here but I am SO glad I did despite reviews and photos because I will go nowhere else when in town!
My friend and I came in to get a pedicure together, they started her but made me stand there and wait 20 minutes even though there was an empty chair and an employee sitting around so in turn, she had to wait 20 minutes for me to get done. The lady doing my pedi was nice but kept redoing some toes and it didn't turn out that great. Not only that but their nail polish selection is extremely limited. Would not recommend this place.
