I was incredibly disappointed with my last visit for a few reasons. 1. The atmosphere was not that peaceful. A few arguments happened with the customers and the workers which was surprising. 2. When I tried to explain what I wanted one of the ladies basically snapped at me. I've never had that happen in my 25+ years of getting my nails done. Very rude and unprofessional. I won't be returning. Just to be clear, this is the location next to UPS.
Very rude manager it's called Happy Nails now she didn't want to service a child as she stated and didn't have time it was early this morning. I called and they stated I could walk in. Once I arrived they wouldn't serve my granddaughter which is 5 yr old and very well mannered. I should have listened to others in the community. Rude and unprofessional establishment.
Although this spot is now called happy nail, I have gone several times before all with pretty mediocre result. The prices are good, however if you want something of great quality I would recommend elsewhere.
I kept coming back mainly since the prices were okay and the nails were not the worst. However, I will not be going back here again after I got gel nails and within 5 days most are peeling up, and one is completely peeled off. I'm not rough with my hands, or pick at my nails, and in the past gels I have gotten elsewhere lasted Atleast 2 weeks
Amy did an amazing job!!! The prices are great. Didn't like the vibe of the owner. She came in with a negative energy addressing her employees loudly about money in front on clients.. very unprofessional.. other than that my experience was great.
This is now called Happy nails. We went first thing on Saturday morning when they open at 9:30 and it's a good thing we had an appointment because they were busy at 9:33. They did save our chairs and get us in because we had an appointment. We got regular pedicures which were nothing fancy or special. I feel like when places like this get busy you don't get as much time spent on you. Overall clean establishment-not a TON of color choices but found nice OPI colors. I would go back.
