All these years and Lisa Swiss is the ONLY person that I will go to for extensions and color and hair. She is next level, master class knowledgeable and amazing! I recommend her to any and all people I meet that ask about hair stylists.

Took my 11yo for his first salon experience and y'all DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Christian is a wizard with colour (and a very light trim of some unruly curly locks) and was utterly gracious and patient and offered stimulating conversation on topics ranging from the chonkiness of bumblebees to the chemistry involved in removing colour from hair. My kiddo said the experience was "better than YouTube" which is probably the highest praise I've ever heard him give about anything. While I'm sure the fun and spooky atmosphere helped entertain him for the 3 hour appointment, I was surprised when he said he's looking forward to coming back. And I think it goes without saying that the colour is AMAZING and has him smiling, which is the most important part for me. Worth every penny.

Bruna is a color expert!! I have been loyally seeing Bruna every 6-8 weeks for the past few years now and have always gotten the look and color that I was looking for. Bruna keeps track of the color combinations that I like and reminds me of what I didn't like when I start thinking about trying it out again. The reminders are exactly what I need and the therepy sessions are so much needed. Bruna is funny, silly, and chill and even has a great playlist. I even had my daughter start seeing Bruna For her signature Pink Hair color. I definitely recommend Bruna if you're looking to get some amazing color combinations, a deep conditioning treatment, a great cut, and or a fabulous blowout. Thanks babe.

I got my hair cut by Bruna Pantoja in June, it is now September. I'm due for a health touch-up, but my hair still looks SO FABULOUS that I'm confident leaving a 5-star review. Bruna is so kind, patient, cool, and talented. I go to her for a no-nonsense wolf cut 3-4 times a year with thin, full, wavy-ish hair--she always does an amazing job. I once heard that she spent FIVE HOURS combing out the mats on the hair of someone struggling with depression. Any other stylist would have buzzed it, but Bruna went that extra mile with grace and poise! As for my style, I am able to easily maintain it with minimal product or effort. It's like Bruna read my soft butch mind. She is currently a Level 1 stylist, which means I can walk out of the salon paying $100 or less for a cut. Bundle that with the specials that Hairetics regularly runs, and the referral bonus I get for sending her clients, it's an EXCELLENT DEAL! But if Bruna (rightfully) increases her prices, I'll be back anyway. She's that good! I've also had my hair cut by master stylist Lisa Swiss, who did not disappoint. GO TO HAIRETICS!!!

I usually get a straight cut or a simple trim for hair but was feeling "adventurous" and wanted to try something new. I decided to get face framing layers with curtain bangs and booked with Bruna and she was such a gem! She did an excellent job for me and my sister's haircut. She recommended a few products since my hair was dry and curled it at the end to show the framing pieces and we love how it turned out!!!
