Hair Unlimited in Mesa, AZ

For those of you that plan on booking with Heidie, I caution you. I was referred to her by a friend, and even though it was an hour drive away I decided to make an appointment with her. There is a certain kind of decency, or class that hairstylist are expected to have. Heidie was extremely rattled when I arrived because she was overbooked, and even though I booked this appointment a while ago she decided she was going to rush me through my appointment to accommodate everyone else. She was only going to spend 15 minutes to cut my hair. When I questioned her regarding this, I typically get a haircut that takes an hour. She wanted me to reschedule, again, after an hour long drive. Clearly Heidie had no desire or sympathy to help me. You would think after waiting several weeks and an exhausting trip, Heidie would actually care enough to fix the situation, she didn't. I can't emphasize enough when you plan and put your faith in someone that they are going to take care of you, how disappointing it is when they don't. Being overwhelmed and uninformed by the desk receptionist is not an excuse to be rude and unkind. Do NOT make an appointment with Heidie, unless you plan on a really long Saturday.

Is this place still open? Heidi is such an amazing hair dresser! Made me feel beautiful after having to chop off all my hair off all at one time. She did an Amazing color job as well too!! All the staff have always been so kind and wonderful too. I Stopped by recently and it was locked. Keep calling and there is no answer.:( Hope they're just closed for the week.

DON"T GO THERE - I asked for partial low lights to blend in my dark blonde roots - the stylist appeared to understand what I was requesting but I unfortunately ended up with all my hair dyed 10 shades darker - you can't even see any "low lights" because my entire head is so dark now! - all the golden blonde highlights and carmelizing I have paid hundreds of dollars for over the last few years are completely gone!! To make matters worse, I tried to call the salon the minute I got home and saw the horrendous dark, drab color, but there was no answer and no way to leave a message, so I drove back to the salon and it was now closed - at 3 PM - the posted hours are 9AM - 8PM and there was no notice they were closing early. Hair Unlimited on Guadalupe & Sossamon also does not have a website and are not registered with the Better Business Bureau. Now I have to go back up there tomorrow, demand my money back, and find out what type of color was put on my hair so I can go to a reputable place for a color correction! :(

I was recommended to Krishan from a friend a few years ago.It has been the best experience for me and my hair!Krishan is a amazing person and a miracle worker with hair.I can go in there not knowing what I want or want to try something new and I can completely trust Krishan to work her magic on my head and my hair always turns out amazing!Krishan has been giving a gift and she is very good at her job.I highly recommend treating yourself to seeing Krishan at Hair Unlimited.You Can Thank Me Later

Believe me when I say don't go here. My haircut took maybe, 6.5 minutes.... the blend into the top was uneven from one side to the next and the top is so chopped up (finger length) that there's actual parts of my hair that stand up higher than others. Won't be coming back.
