After 3 months no hair done I took the very first appoitment. First time costumer. Nice reviews but didn't work for me. Dina did my hair , color and cut. Explained, I wanted nice face frame, back to go to V , and few longer layers in the back, just to get little fullness. I said it few times even showed her picture from precious cut I had. I like the color but didn't cover the gray too good. The cut, - she did nothing. Just a little trim in the back. So, I called back and the girl said she will have the owner re doit for me. I explains her everything so she said Dina, maybe didn't understand what was I saying. Ok, I do have an accent but what was not to understand, even showed her picture. So, the owner started cutting the hair. The minute I saw , just the way she was holding the brush and the scissors I said to my self - no luck for a good hair cut here. Again, no face frame no V in the back. From the front she took some 5" and thank god she didn't go like that all around. I paid $120.00. I would appreciate if the owner refunds my money or I just file with attorney General. I would've paid even $300.00., if hair was properly done. Owner, did offer me if I want to go back and have the color redone. Why go back, first time not good second even worst. I will never visit the salon. For them to charge $120.00 and really messed up the haor.
Was just in yesterday and had an amazing cut, color & blow dry. Receptionist was wonderful and was able to schedule me for a last minute appointment. Very friendly and accommodating staff, wish I could go here more often!
Hair Trendz is amazing! Janette is awesome. I have gotten balayage, hair cuts and highlights. Janette listens to what I want but also gives an expert opinion on what flatters, too. I am grateful for the expertise and the warmth the salon provides when you enter. Amy is also a wonderful receptionist who always works with you to get the time that works best. Keep on shining, Hair Trendz!
Been to many hair salons and this is my #1 best place to go. Esmeralda (Ezzy) is the best hair stylist she truly understands what you want! And Amy at the front desk is the sweetest person ever! Definitely recommend going here for all your hair care needs !
I got my hair glazed there a couple days ago and it was great! Going to go back soon for a haircut! Very cute little salon right on the boulevard.
