I stopped here to get a nail fill however when i walked in no one seemed to want to greet me. As i waited someone to acknowledge me, I noticed no one was sitting at the nail Booth. Finally, when i asked about getting my nails Done she said the nail tech available does not do acrylic nails and the tech who does acrylics is only there Monday and Tuesdays. What a waste of time! They should definitely indicate they available days!

This place was INCREDIBLE!!!!!! Came in for my monthly trim but decided to do something different and got a whole new haircut and my hair colored. My usual stylist Lee was so surprised that I wanted to do such drastic changes. But as she has for the last 5 years of me coming here... she did magic with my hair!!!!! She gave me a beautiful bob haircut and mixed my hair with blond tones which blends in perfectly with my black hair. I love Lee she's the best!!!!!!

This is my go to place for eyebrows. They wax. But always with ladies who look like they know what they are doing. Unfortunately for me, exactly one week before a major life event where I needed good brows, among other things - this older asian (I think he was asian) man decides to do my brows. I have seen him before cleaning stuff, taking out garbage, etc at the parlor. I was surprised, I have never had brows done by a man before. I should've known how wrong this was by the funny looks people were giving in the parlor - but that is on hindsight. He was R.O.U.G.H. He almost tore my eyelids out - the wax too hot, the pull too hard and WOW PAINFUL. HE DID NOT KNOW WHAT THE F... HE WAS DOING. Not only did he hurt me like it has never hurt before (I have always got my brows threaded/waxed and that is not the most painless but this was very different). As if that was not enough - he took off too much of my left brow from the center - left it starting 20% outward than the right brow. He knew he messed up - going by his idiotic guilty smile when he was done. After all this he did PLUCK some tiny hair that he may have left behind from the deadly waxing. And then as a grande finale he RUBBED COCONUT OIL into the broken skin and the bloody mess he has made with my eyebrows, only to scratch out the excess oil with his long, dirty, jagged finger nails. WHO THE FREAKING HELL RUBS COCONUT OIL INTO FRESHLY SHORN BLEEDING EYEBROWS AND THEN SCRATCHES IT OUT OF WOUNDED SKIN??? I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A VIOLENT, HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE ON MY FACE BEFORE. I doubt if he is trained or even knows what he is doing. Such violence is totally NEVER DONE in such a delicate sensitive part of the face. I came home to see the horror - the area was all swollen from the assualt. My skin over my left eye below and above the eye lashes on both sides was ripped off - left bleeding and raw exposed wounds from the violent waxing and bloody scratching!! WHAT THE HELL WAS THIS PARLOR OWNER THINKING GIVING THIS MAN SUCH A TASK!!!! If a rough looking, short, older, asian(?) man ever comes to do your brows in this place - RUN LIKE HELL. The only reason I did not floor the management at that time was because I had 20,000 other things to get done in a very short time and other appointments to run to. But I will put this here now. Everyone needs to know this.
