Hair Decision's & Oasis Spa in New Berlin, WI

I recently had a haircut visit with Taylor, I was extremely disappointed at the result. I received the worlds ugliest choppiest curtain bangs I've ever seen. Would not recommend that stylist for a haircut.

Danielle does an awesome facial! I've gone to many places and get disappointed when there's no massage incorporated since that's one of my favorite parts. I've stopped going to Vici Capelli because of that (however, the students overall do a great job!). The esthetician should know that a hand, foot and/or shoulder massage for a few minutes goes a long way. Danielle was really in tune with skin and used a cool tool to massage the face. Some sort of smooth stone I believe. Overall, my skin felt refreshed and radiant. I didn't even want/need to put makeup on afterwards.

I went in for a pedicure with Hayley. My first impression of this place was awesome! Super clean, friendly, smells great, lots of fun products to buy and look at! Hayley greeted me after a short wait and was very friendly. I was offered a drink which was nice. I asked for coffee...coffee tasted awful. Hayley did a nice job with painting my toes but the rest of my pedicure was a nightmare. Not only did she nick my toes...she quite literally vented about her entire life and it distracted her from performing a worthwhile pedicure. Her discussion stressed and made me anxious. When I usually get a pedicure, I relax and enjoy it. This felt like I was thrown into becoming someone's therapist and I never asked to be. All I can conclude with is she is young and she has much to learn. Venting your life on clients is not professional and is a big No Go! I was especially turned off by hearing her tell me that she was drinking at summer fest and also telling me she is underage. Why on earth would anyone share this at their job? Not appropriate. I was annoyed and turned off. I'm hoping she will learn to work on her work ethics and try to keep a salon and spa a stress free zone. That's the real reason people pay to come in. They are seeking a safe place to leave feeling better.

Amanda is amazing!! She cut both my daughters (13&5) hair and they were so happy! 13 year olds can be quite picky and she gave her exactly what she wanted. She can't wait to go back. My 5 year old really wanted a Bob and that's what she got she was so excited to show off her new cut to her friends. All the girls that work there are extremely friendly. I would highly recommend it!

Went in today for a haircut, got set up with Michelle and it was excellent. She listened to what I wanted and helped me pick the right length. Friendly atmosphere, clean and moderately priced. (The stylists do have levels (ex. Level 1 stylist is $35 vs level 4+ stylist $45+ so ask about pricing before if you need to budget it). I haven't had my nails done here (yet) but I heard when I was there that they just got new chairs/tubs for pedicures & the nail/ spa area looks calming & nice. Mentioned it was my first time when I went in & a client overheard and said I won't regret it that she's been going there for years... also saw other clients leaving very satisfied with their services. Will be coming back & referring friends :)
