Had 11:30 appt. Walk in. Manager on phone being rude to caller. Hangs up. Says are you Russell? I say yes and she say can have a seat the person you are with had to go run an errand. I say will my appt start 11:30? She says i dont know she had to run an errand. I said forget it and started walking out and she says "bye." Nit a great experience:) people should know.
If you really want a really nice haircut, I would not go here. It is only because of convenience.
I had Kate do my hair. She did a good job on the cut, but I spent a lot of money on the color. I wanted highlights and they were not light enough. I am still thinking about calling and having them redone for free. I spent over $100.00 and I think it should have come out the way I really wanted it.
service & cut were great. I really needed the deep conditioning treatment and the dead ends cut. Kate probably cut a good 4 -5 inches off my hair. I called & requested a cut & conditioning treatment. I asked to be put under the dryer and that did not happen. I was charged the long hair fee which I find ridiculous because once I got the 4-5 inches cut, my hair was not long. I feel like I paid twice to cut my hair. My hair is now just below my shoulders. HOW does it take longer to dry my hair when it is no longer cut and 4-5 inches shorter. I could see charging me the long hair fee if it was never cut! I DON'T like the nonsense price gouging
My hair looks great but they pulled false advertising on me. Promising 25% off and then saying I was too late to redeem the coupon, when I made the appointment in response to their offer. I really hate that.
