Loved my haircut so much and I had Lisa and she did amazing with it I definitely recommend her she also did a color on me befor and it was so good.such a good vibe to.

stylist Ashley Martin was the best! she did my color touch ups perfect and helped me try a new hair do! I couldn't look this great without her!!

Would rate zero stars if I could! This use to be a reliable, warm and friendly business that ran like a top and it's become a mess over the last handful of years.
They close at 5pm making it incredibly difficult for a parent who works to get their child's haircut.
My son and I booked an appointment for 10:45am yesterday and couldn't have been more disappointed, shocked, confused, bewildered!
We arrived on time and checked in and one of the workers confirmed someone would be "right with us". This made me feel good as we had a tight schedule yesterday with multiple appointments. After 15 minutes of waiting with zero communication from anyone I asked the worker if it would be better to reschedule? She replied that she would be right with me and came to the reception desk and clicked away on the computer. She then said, "Oh yeah, I don't know if she's going to be back". This, of course, caused me immediate confusion and whatever she was alluding to sounded pretty unprofessional. I asked her who she was talking about and she said the person who was assigned our appointment. I asked her to explain her aforementioned comment and she further replied, " well she left to go to her daughter's soccer game and she was supposed to be back by now but I guess she isn't here".
I said, "I'm so sorry I'm confused. It's my understanding that you're telling me that I booked an appointment that YOU confirmed, I checked in, you had me wait ( and WASTE) 15 minutes all the while KNOWING the stylist assigned to my appointment wasn't even IN THE BUILDING and now you're telling me that you have no clue when she will be back?" She said yes and then looked at me as if I had 2 heads. I paused and waited for her to at least apologize, offer to reschedule us on the spot, make ANY kind of effort but nothing. After 15 years as a customer and thousands of dollars spent on services, will no longer patronize this business.

I booked an appointment for a full foil package for blond highlights. After she rinsed the bleach out, she told me to stay in the shampoo bowl while she "mixed up the toner." I didn't even see any of the highlights to say "yay or nay" on the toner. She put the toner in and let it process for 10 minutes. When she started cutting my hair, I was trying to see the highlights in the mirror but couldn't see any. I also wear glasses so I thought I'll just wait until I can put my glasses back on. After she blow dried my hair, I looked in the mirror and said, "I don't see any blond!" She said, "I can try to wash your hair again and get some of the toner out." I said, "My hair looks like the exact same color as when I walked in the door!" $160 for highlights and there are NO HIGHLIGHTS in my hair! I will NEVER go back to another Hair Cuttery!

I have been here in the past and loved every experience I have had. Everyone is normally so nice and friendly and welcoming. I stopped going there about a year ago when a woman named Emily cut my hair. I went in for the cut and she was very rushed and just wanted me in and out (probably to get more customers and tips) I respect the hustle but she absolutely did NOT listen to one word I said and did not do what I wanted. She also had cut it in a way I had never seen that was just very unsettling. I was so traumatized I later cried in my car. Emily should be terminated and then maybe I would consider coming here and spending your money and leaving a tip to some of the actual hard working women there.
