Since I've been coming to the place for ten years I gave the new management a chance after many workers left and went to a new start-up. I was left waiting for over 45 minutes for an appointment I scheduled two weeks in advance. I was also told after waiting 45 minutes that the manager couldn't predict how much longer I would have to wait. Basically she told me to leave. I won't be going back ever.
I'm not sure how their hair cuts are. I never got a chance to get one. We called this location at about 11:00 to get an appointment. The girl said that they are not busy and are walk-in unless you want chemicals and the next appointment for chemicals would be 6-8. So we drove to the mall and at 11:30 walked in for a haircut. We were told that they were booked and the next appointment would be 3:00! I told them never mind and they won't be bothered by my business.
I was really nervous with going lighter because I haven't in years, but Tia did an amazing job. The session was relaxing (I wasn't bugged the whole time to buy things or add different products). This is the first time I've been there so it could be different next time, but I'm satisfied after that!
If you want a terrible haircut, go here! Not only did it happen once, but twice. The women who cut my hair both times could not do the simplest task of a fade or shaving out my parts, I have a clear line in my head and nowhere near a fade, I probably could have done better myself!
