I always make appointments here Tori is the best. I made the mistake of making an appointment when she was not working. I was ten mintues late and the woman at the counter told me it was fine and to sit and someone would be out she came out 10 mintues later and said you were 20 mintues late Mattie does not have time sorry. I was so embarrassed I walked to the back to get my coat. Things happen and to be so cold. I really got upset when I walked back to get my coat and the girl who had told me no one could take me was on her cell phone eating. I will be sadly taking my buisness else where.
I tried their website to make an appointment and it never let me get to the confirmation page. I tried again on my computer instead of my phone and it wouldn't let me confirm the appointment either, instead trying to force me to register an account. I didn't want an account, I wanted an appointment. When I tried to make an appointment over the phone they told me they didn't have the time I was trying to book, despite what the website said. The woman on the phone made it sound like it was my fault for reading the site wrong instead of their fault for having the wrong information on the site.
Very unprofessional. I made an appointment last week. Today i showed up, waited 20 minutes to be told no one could do my hair. I had this appointment for a week and was told no one was there and to pretty much go fuck myself. Do not go here.
