What an excellent salon. I was offered a pick up to and from my hotel from the owner's daughter , Jean. She was right on time and even gave me a bit of history about South Bend as we were driving. Gaven was the stylist who blew out my hair in a very professional manner. Very sweet people !! I highly recommend Hair Crafters ! Definitely 5 stars and reasonably priced.
I have been coming here since it first opened in the Quality Inn in South Bend, over 40 years ago. I always come away with an excellent precision cut that I can work with. I love going there because the atmosphere is very welcoming and it's very much like visiting family. I have also colored my hair there and received beautiful results. I often am complimented on my hair. I have never had a cut that grew out funny. It looks great until I go back for the next cut. I really cannot say enough good things about this salon. I would recommend this salon to anyone without reservation.
I travel year round for my job so I'm always in a new city every week; So finding a great place to get a good haircut is challenging. After being to many great salons, barbers, and spas I have to say that Hair Crafters is among the top best I've been to. The staff is extremely friendly. I got my haircut by Emina who was so great! Her personality was amazing and she kept the conversation going through the entire visit which was so great. She did an amazing job on a high fade for me. She's did one of the best jobs on a men's cut I've had. The value was unheard of. Only $25. since I didn't have a car the reception even offered me a ride back to my hotel. Exceptional service!
