This place is a joke. I have completed cosmetology schools and on my way to get my license. So rules, regulations, and how the hair works when colored I do understand. I had my hair colored at this salon, I understand why my hair had patches of missing color. When I came home and noticed it I returned to the salon to have it fixed. The lady that did it was gone, but the receptionist was beyond unbelievable. Itnstead of having someone fixing it or even apologizing for the mistake she had the nerve of blaming my hair for it. Also saying she didn't know the history of my hair and pretty much it was my problem now. This place is dirty, also dirty combs and brushes were used on me. This place is disgusting. I don't recommend anyone going to this place. If for some reason anything is wrong with your color by their hands they will not fix it for you! So if you want patchy color then go there. I'm so disappointed in this salon. As stylist you should be taking care of your client.
