Oliver is the best! My mother and I have been seeing him for years! His prices are amazing unlike many other over priced salons out there. He gives great cuts, is very friendly, and can style hair like no other. He has helped me on several occasions by doing my hair and make up for pageants. He has also helped to design one of my ternos! Is there anything this man cannot do? I would highly recommend making appointments far in advance because he is quite busy.
