My friend and I made appointments for spa pedicures for 3:00 pm. We arrived 5 minutes before. We were in the chairs at 3:00. The entire pedicure was finished by 3:19. I have been getting pedicures for years; there was no massage, no hot stones and nothing relaxing about the experience. The cuticle trimming was painful. I was charged $50 for a 19 minute pedicure. Ten minutes into the pedicure the technician left and went into the other room (a bathroom?) so I didn't event get a full 19 minutes. I would say the pedicure was most likely only 15 minutes. I believe my friend's pedicure lasted 20 minutes. Very disappointed in the experience. The place was empty when we arrived and 2 people showed up while we were seated. Would not recommend unless you have money to burn and are in a rush yourself.
The work quality was good but the owner treated the help poorly, and several left the shop because of it. Would not go there again.
Disappointed with my dip on my recent visit. All long time employees left and it was someone new. She unfortunately was not as skilled at the dip process. I was also told I was a getting a discount because she was new and was charged my normal amount. I will go elsewhere next time. It was just not the same.
I had a deluxe pedicure and dip on my nails for the first time. I'm in love. Amy did a great job with the dip. Staff is friendly. Cleanliness is what I enjoy best about it. Compared to other nail salons, it is unique. I strongly recommend this business. I will surely return.
Professional service from beginning till the end. Greeted with a big smile from the owner. My nail tech was fantastic and she did exactly what I ask for. One of the cleanest nail spa I've been.
