GT Nails in Foothill Ranch, CA

There's are many nails places in tbe area but I went with GT nails and spa because of the good reviews. They did not disappoint!! I was service quickly and Ryan a beautiful job. Cecilia, the manager is so sweet and warm as can be and immediately makes you feel this is where you should be. Thank you guys! I'll be back.

I have been coming to this nail salon for years and always have an awesome experience. They are so accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend GT Nail and Spa!

I've been visiting GT nails and spa for awhile now and the work is consistent and always beautiful. The manager and the whole team are wonderful, always kind and professional. Customer service and the quality of work is exceptional. I highly recommend this salon. 10/10

I was very displeased with my service and do not recommend this business. I am visiting from out of town and brought my 92 year old grandmother for a spa day who may I add doesn't get out much due to her age... we were first rudely dismissed and greeted by the receptionist who also ended up being our nail technician... my grandmother was indecisive what color she wanted for her manicure and was told she couldn't change her color after choosing and if she wanted to change her color it would be an extra charge... though being judged throughout our entire time here we proceeded with the service and then the nail tech/receptionist on top of everything else began to rush the service and then stopped midway and had someone else continue the service... Afterwards I tried to approach the nail tech/receptionist professionally and privately about the manner and express to her that we liked our nails but we're displeased with the service via a text message because I wasn't trying to make a scene. The nail tech/receptionist, decided to loudly embarrass us saying "I can refuse a service to anyone" like we hadn't already been embarrassed enough and proceeded to call security on myself and my elderly grandmother. I am a non confrontational person as well as my grandmother and didn't appreciate how we were treated. I will not be returning to this salon nor will I be recommending to anyone... I believe they're rude, don't respect elders, and most definitely discriminating to elders AND racist to people of color. This all being said I still paid for my service though being treated like trash on the street. My grandmother on the other hand is traumatized and will most likely not want to come out of the house again due to these unfortunate circumstances. Thank you for nothing receptionist and ruining what was spouse to be a granddaughter and grandmother day that turned to tears and heartbreak. May I add when I asked for the receptionist name she rudely refused...
