My first time ever going to this salon, I unfortunately was 10 minutes late, I have to add I'm very prompt 99% always! On my way I realized I would be late because they had moved into a new location (my bad)! I would have called to let them know, but I remembered reading on their website if you were 10 minutes late, first time no worries things happen, but upon my arrival the rude receptionist told me because they didn't hear from me, she would have to check and see if another stylist could accommodate me! I felt like leaving, but decided to stay and wait, since I was 10 minutes late, and they were doing me a favor! After waiting 30 minutes, I got a nice haircut and style from Claudia, and I tipped her 40%, guessing that things worked out for the good by being 10minutes late, and getting switched to another stylist! Unfortunately I will not try them again.
So amazingly pleased with Brent. Great personality , skilled at short hairstyles , I would pay just to have him wash my hair. So relaxing. I'll be back.
Just got a highlight and cut by Savannah from Grow! It was my first time there and the staff is super friendly, my shampoo time was like being in a spa, and Savannah was amazing with my blonde highlights and cut exactly how I asked! She even styled it before I left! I had a truly great experience! Seriously though- Savannah is perfect for blondes who need a refreshing color!
I love my haircut and I went from a dirty blonde to a blond! I recommend Jill she is amazing at dying hair and the girl that cut and styled my hair was awesome! She is from Florida and did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend this place and I will be back!

So disgusted and disappointed. If you have long hair I guess it's ok, but if you actually want a style you are out of luck. I went to Melanie, so called level 4 stylist. Awful, when I got got and saw all different lengths on sides and this was supposed to be a shag type haircut. She does not do well with fine hair, does not listen and I took a photo. It's awful. Save you money... $73 yikes.... never again.
