I made an appointment 2 days prior to the event i was attending. I had my hair done for a marine ball. Emily did an amazing job!!!
They did an excellent job today- my 20 and 11 year old sons both said it was their best haircut ever. And the hair wash and massage....aaahhh! Very nice, took their time and gave a precise cut. We will be back
Wow! I'm very disappointed with the service I received. Requested for my roots to be touched up, haircut, and red highlights. My color was ok except for the fact that the stylist left black dye on my face/hairline that took 2 days to scrub off. Haircut was ok but shorter than I requested. Biggest disappointment was my face framing highlights (ha!). They are invisible...no one can see them! I was told that my hair is dark so they wouldn't be the vibrant red I showed her a picture of...ok that's fine however they are invisible. She did not leave the bleach on my hair long enough and they are nonexistent! Had highlights about 8 months ago so I know it's possible to do on dark hair. Walked in and complained 2 days later (they were closed the 2 days prior) and was offered another appointment so I could pay for additional highlights...umm...no! Ridiculous and unacceptable! 2 week satisfaction guarantee my ass! Not worth the $165 I spent!!!!!
Not sure if this place is still in business. Called and left messages which were not returned during their regular business hours.
The manager has offered us no apology or solutions. We have contacted the owner of the business with no response. Goes to show I guess! Poor management/ownership=poor service :(
