I am very disappointed with my service I was scolded my entire appointment because my hair was damaged I asked for 2 inches off to start and if there's more that we need to take off we can Francis agreed but then goes and cuts more after I told her it was perfect saying it was uneven I walked in with hair past my shoulder and now it's above my shoulders I will not be back
Would give zero stars if possible. Went in for haircut in 4/13/19. Had David as a stylist. He gave me the wrong haircut. In the middle when I told him he had taken too much off, he was defensive and said that's what the ticket says to do. I looked at the ticket and told him that it wasn't me. I was able to find the correct ticket with my name and hair preferences sitting on his workbench. Honestly, it has to be a pretty low bar of competency to be able to recognize: A) That's not the name I just said 2 minutes ago at the counter, and B) wow! This person wants the exact same haircut I just got done doing less than 5 minutes ago... I will not be back.
I stopped in for a buzz cut - not difficult - the same short length all over. While the stylist David was a nice guy, he didn't give me a very good haircut. When I got home I noticed there was lots of uncut hair sticking up. My wife ended up re-cutting everything with a clipper. Good thing I had a coupon so I hadn't paid full price! David needs to get a sharper clipper or bifocals or both!
Rude stylist, not much use utilizing their online check in system. I signed in online with a 23 minute wait time. I showed up at the time of the appointment only to be told it would be 20 minute wait. I said I checked in. A stylist from across the room yelled towards me that other people came in after me. I am assuming she meant people came in after I signed up online. Well, no kidding, that is why I signed up online, to avoid having to wait 20 minutes in their location. The stylist was very rude. I will find another place to get my and my family's hair cuts from now on.
Did the online checking and avoided a 15 minute wait! The salon was busy, but the staff were great. Took 2 of my kids in for haircuts and they looked great!
