Great Clips in Windsor, CO

The one lady said our discount coupon was good but when I went to pay the other lady said it was not good and had to pay the full amount.  They lost my business with this bait and switch tactic.

i went in for a walk in. i had previously dyed my hair and it was a real mess so i wanted it to grow healthier. i go in and was greeted very welcoming and friendly. once i was sat down, i explained what i did and what wanted and she was explaining my face shape and other options similar that would better suit me. we settled on a style then, she showed and explained to me the the process. after the cut, she gave me advice on shampoos to help my hair get healthier. it didn't take long at all and i left loving what i had gotten. not only are all my dead ends gone, but for such a great cut, the price was super good as well. definitely would go again.

This review isn't necessarily on this location itself. The issue is having to download an app and check in before you arrive in order to avoid waiting for 30-45 minutes. I don't want or need another app on my phone and the requirement to do so in order to conduct business with Great Clips is ridiculous. Great Clips should want to make doing business with them easy and efficient for all, instead of just those who agree to receive constant spam. Until Great Clips decides to remove their requirement to download another app that most don't particularly want or need, I will take my business elsewhere.

On line check in is a joke.  You check in on line, they say 20 minute wait.  So you wait 20 minutes, drive to Great Clips.  You walk in and you are at the top of the list, they move someone ahead of you and tell you that it will be a 20 minute wait.  Like a said a real joke.

Ive been going here for over 4 years twice a month. Usually very good customer service and I'm typically happy with my hair. Today was not a good experience with my stylist as I have never been treated so rudely. Not going to get into details, just want to say how unprofessional this particular staff member was today. I wish I could post this to the Great Clips of Windsor actual website but I don't see anywhere to do it. I really hope I never see this individual cutting hair again ( not that I will be going back) and that she gets terminated for her lack of professionalism. Hopefully someone from great clips reads these posts and deals with this individual as I'm sure she has had many complaints! I was in on 10/25/2017 at approximately 12:30.
