Great Clips in Warren, NJ

It's not worth your time at this location with the current staff. This is the Sunday staff. First while findjng out about appointments when I called, first I got hung up on. Then she did not answer the phone until it rang 3 times with only 1 customer there and three people working. I was right in front of the store with my kids to find out what their schedule was like. kathy I think is her name could not even confirm the location address. My 4 yr old sons bday is coming up and she did a terrible job. All she had to do is follow the previous barbers style. She tried to copy the lightning symbol and messEd up the previous design and also nipped my sons ear slightly. the front looks completely uneven. hair was falling on his eyes and neck and she didn't even clean it off properly and used an old rag. Definitely do not recommend the Sunday staff at this location at all.

Not so Great Clips. Asked for a trim( 2") and received 3 inches or more from Myriam, who by the way doesn't speak english. My hair looks horrible, I think I need to buy some sort of wig it looks that bad !! Never going here again.

Maria has been cutting my hair for probably 25 years and always does a great job. As long as she doesn't retire they will always have my business.

I base my reviews on both the location, cleanliness. and the ability of the person cutting my hair to actually cut hair. This location in Warren was clean and professionally kept, but i do have some recommendations for the salon to actually keep people coming back. First - teach ALL the employees how to use the in store scheduling and point of sale system. Second - Never have only 2 people in the location at the same time that do not speak and/or understand English. Third - check credentials. Gladys who works at this location was horrible. It should be mandatory that she take a Customer service course, to help correct her bad attitude. As to her abilities, a simple haircut was way beyond them. A straight on the bottom cut is so uneven, that I will probably have to go get it done again, or at the very least fixed. She took no care when cutting and didn't even bother to check the cut when she was finished. I would recommend the shop, but avoid Gladys at all costs.

First time here and first professional haircut since the pandemic. Milly was delightful and was patient. Good haircut. Space was clean. Will return.
