Requested a pretty simple haircut. Left with a pretty messed up haircut, very poorly blended and looking very bad. Very friendly barber (who didn't seem to think it was their best work either). I guess it's cheaper than everywhere else around, but it's way too expensive for what it should be - I'm used to paying less than fifteen for a good haircut.
The haircuts are okay but the check in system is jacked up. No matter what the wait time says on their app you will ALWAYS wait at least 20 min. The system is great in theory, but doesn't live up to its claims. There are12 chairs but never more than 2 stylists working.
Not able to comprehend having to download an app to make an appointment. Business no longer values having customers who took the time to look up their phone number and make the call to give them business. I realize that a hairdresser's time is much too valuable to answer a phone and make an appointment. But my time is valuable to, I won't be wasting it downloading an app, waiting as a walk in, or calling again (ever).
When you need no-fuss haircuts, Great Clips is a good option to go to. Walk-ins welcomed, no months long wait! You're greeted by friendly staff who efficiently asks for what you want done, your name and address/contact info. The wait is dependent on how many are ahead of you but averages 20 minutes, not bad... The place is well lit, clean and organized. Hair care merchandise are on display for sale, flanking the seats by the entrance where you wait. Haircut was for my daughter who cut off 13 inches of her hair. She asked for slight long layers. Cut was okay, slightly uneven especially the layers.
Lyn is amazing. She is warm, welcoming and lovely. She is amazing at what she does and she listens to everything you have to say. The salon is beautiful and she fixed the damage that had been done to my hair. Every one needs to go here!!
