Sabrina was good. She was very nice and polite and did a good job on my requested hair cut, however, the lady that cut my son's hair should prolly have her license revoked. I've seen better work from a blind monkey. Then when asked to correct it and if they couldn't fix it just to do a fade the other lady whom has been pretty rude to a few customers "fixed" it then had a sarcastic tone with me about it. Anyways, go to an actual barber.
Great Clips online check-in is absolute garbage. It will say you will be ready in 25 minutes, you show up, and now you have several walk-ins who somehow jumped the line and now your wait is 55 minutes after the 25 you planned for. Most of the employees at this location have zero manners and will talk back to you when you ask about the delay. Some are great, but most you should avoid. Just go to another barber or have your spouse cut your hair. There are better barbers within 500 meters, you just need to plan on them being open. Today was the fourth time this has happened at this specific location over the last 2 years. It's my fault for not knowing better. *P.S. - Wish I could give 0 stars.
Checking in through the app makes the process very smooth. My haircut for the summer months that finally came looks really great. I've been coming here for a while. They're updating the inside so I feel any pictures would not help just yet. Can't wait to see what this turns out looking like, next time I am in!
By far, The worst haircut I've ever had. There are lines in my hair and I cannot keep any of it from sticking up. $14 and a $2 tip for this? NEVER AGAIN. Now it's a waiting game for this mess to grow out and embarrassment in public in the meantime.
I have been coming to this location for many years. The staff has always been very professional and excellent at their jobs. Lately, I have been seeing Heather who has helped me a lot with keeping my hair fairly long for an old guy but making it look good. She always has good tips and is happy to show me how to use the different products. I will continue coming to this great clips because of the excellent customer service.
