Keep a hat on until you can get into a place with a real hairdresser! Made an appt online. Waited 82 min, no problem. But when the actual haircut took 3 min (not kidding) go somewhere else. I think they call this the bowl cut... and I have medium length hair with layers and bangs. Thank goodness I only asked for an inch to be cut, because now I still have hair left for a proper cut.
On April 21, at about 12:30 I went in for my appointed haircut. But was treated very on-professionally. I no longer will return to this location for a haircut
Would give a -10 if I could. Took my daughter there on a Sunday to get her hair cut for school. She had long thick hair and she wanted a trim and medium layers. What she got was horrific! Kiana was the hairdresser and she boxed her hair and left about 5 inches hanging. When I got her home I had to cut the 5 additional inches off. So my daughter's trim turned into 10" taken off. My daughter paid $15 for the cut and tipped Kiana $5, because she didn't know. That was a waste of money, time and hair. DO NOT USE KIANA OF YOU HAVE LONG HAIR!!!!
My son got his hair cut a couple days ago,it was badly gapped up,his ear was cut and the back of his neck was burnt from the clippers.Would not recommend!
