I've had no problems with great cuts until NOW. I ckd in on line and the girl that had just clocked in I ended up with. She printed up my instructions and said that they were quite long. Mmm ok. She was singing and talking like she was high or something. We went over what I wanted and she started cutting. I have short hair so it doesn't take long. She was cutting something on the back of my head and didn't realize that she cut off my tail off of hair that I told her NOT to ‼. Omg then I realized that I think that she was high!! My hair looks like a boy haircut! She apologized and she that she is a Barber and didn't realize... OMG. We went over my cut too. She ended up not charging me thank god. But I'm going on vacation next week and wanted my hair to be relaxed by then ya know??!!! Yikes. Hardly have any hair left. Not coming here again ever. Dipsh.... My husband hates it too!! So don't get your hair cut by the skinny 20 something talkative one!
I been here multiple times and keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately most of their staff are rude and untrained. Bad attitudes, sarcastic and very unprofessional. This specific store needs a lot of improvement and more attitude trainings to do.
Anytime I come in to the store Vanessa does a great job. She fixed what another place messed up and made it look better then before. Thanks for the great years of service. I'll definitely come back because of her
Great service! April took care of me today and she was quick, professional, and very personable. I don't normally like chatting during a hair appointment, but she made the time fly by and got me laughing! This location is a bit out of my way normally, but I'll be coming here again for sure
