I got a haircut the other day and i asked for a fade on the sides and a half an inch off the top and they shaved my sides and took over 2 inches off the top. Im not going there and I wouldn't ever if I were you. They don't listen to what you want and they can't cut hair.
I was skeptical , as the two reviews weren't great and I typically go to the same stylist that I've had for years . I was desperate and this place was close by. I walked in and was greeted immediately and taken back right away by Naomi the manager . She did a fantastic job from the shampoo to the cut and finally the blow out. She even provided me with some hair care products that would help when I color my hair . Products that weren't even sold there . My hair looked great and felt so much healthier!! I will be back!
Checked in online. Gives me a 38 minute wait. I drive 25 minutes to the salon only to be told the system took me off because of high volume. I arrived at 7:42pm. They close at 9pm. How can the system check me in and give me a wait time that is within the time frame of business hours yet it can also remove me because of high volume? No notification to alert me to this. And the staff refused to add me to the list because by this time there where already others in the lobby waiting. Rude staff. Will drive further to any other barber than this one.
The system tells me ~32min wait time when checking in on-line from home. I live 15 minutes from the salon, so I wait 10 minutes and then leave. I get to the salon and it will be "another 40 minute wait or so." Huh? Not sure if I understand the point of the on-line check-in system. Can someone explain the aforementioned scenario to me, 'cause the folks at the salon sure couldn't. When you couple this fiasco with a mediocre hair cut, it kind of makes me wonder why I would ever go back, or for that matter recommend anyone else go there...
