I have tried this location several times. Unfortunately I was disappointed with my haircut every time. There are only two stylists that can give a okay haircut. But every time I try and check in and go when they are working it still has not been a good experience. I tried again today they were both suppose to be working but once I checked in and got to the salon they were both leaving early. The girl at the counter was very rude and unprofessional. I had already bought a haircut card and have 10 pre paid haircuts but will never go back again. Horrible haircuts and even worse customer service. Save yourself a bad haircut and experience and go somewhere else.

There's only one gal worth seeing here, she usually has auburn hair. Every time I've had someone else cut my hair or the boys hair they've had bad attitudes, and don't really care about what you want. No one seems happy to be there. I was a walk in for my kids' cuts, and the next person in the online que wasn't in until it was time for my second child's haircut & the person on the que said she'd be happy to wait for my son to go since I was here before her even though she checked in online, but the stylist very bitchily said she was here first so she would go. It didn't matter all that much to me that she went before us, just how the woman was ever so subtly nasty. They say they can do fades/tapers, but they can't, so don't ask them to. I've been going to Sports clips because for just a few more dollars, they have great attitudes, are kind, caring & do a killer job & know how to taper. Seriously, don't waste your time, energy, & money here unless you're having the kind gal with auburn hair do your cut. Otherwise, I've done a better job cutting my kid's hair & im not a stylist. I was would have cut my kid's hair, but we were moving & the kit was packed away. Such a bummer to spend $ on cuts that were average & dealing with seriously sour attitudes. Sports clips is just a street down. They were mad I didn't leave a tip. I have NEVER not tipped anywhere.
I swear they need to do mental health evaluations on their employees, or competency evaluations or something. I have (had!) a layered bob hairstyle that goes to the nape of my neck, and i asked for a trim of about 1/2". So this stylist gets to work, and she pulled out some clippers but since it was the back of my head I couldn't see what she was doing. Then a lock of hair about 3" long fell into my lap. She cut off all my hair!!! All the hair on the back of my head is less than 1" long. She combed my hair in front of my face (which they always do) and before I realized what was happening she snipped me some short bangs. This was after I told her I liked my "bangs" long enough that I could tuck them behind my ear (which is a few inches, now they're not even 2" long). I sobbed all the way home and I can't even look in the mirror, my hair is that bad. Thank goodness winter is coming, I'll just have to wear beanies all the time to cover it up. She probably cut off a good 4" of hair off the back of my head and it's going to take me several months to grow it back!!!! I am now looking online for chemo caps to cover it up because I don't know what else to do.
